How to Get Filing Codes
To complete the application for filing codes you must submit a signed & notarized copy of the application or authenticating document. You send this notarized document to the SEC by attaching a scanned PDF version.

- We file the document and e-mail you the SEC acceptance
Extension Forms
Download the extension form used for notification of late filings. Fill in the form and email it to production@FederalFilings.com. It’s as easy as that. You can also save it for future use.
After you submit the form, we'll email a copy for your review. We'll file it once we receive your authorization.
